Privacy Policy

It's written to reflect what this business actually does (checkout via Whop, community via Discord) but a quick solicitor check is still recommended before relying on it, particularly if you start collecting more data than described here.

1. Who we are

Reselling Revived ("we", "us", "our") operates a paid membership community providing reselling education, deal alerts, monitoring tools, and community access via Discord. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit resellingrevived.com or purchase a membership, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. 2. What data we collect

3. Third parties we share data with

We use a small number of third-party services to run this business, and your data passes through them as follows:

Whop — handles checkout, payment processing, subscription billing, and (via the Loyalty app) syncing your membership status to your Discord role. See Whop's own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
Discord — hosts the community server itself. Your use of Discord is also governed by Discord's privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone, for any reason.

4. How long we keep your data

We keep your membership and payment records for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet our accounting and tax obligations (typically up to 6 years, in line with UK requirements). If you cancel your membership, your Discord access is removed but your account history with Whop is retained per their own policies.

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

Ask what personal data we hold about you
Ask us to correct inaccurate data
Ask us to delete your data, subject to our legal obligations (e.g. we may need to retain payment records for tax purposes)
Object to or restrict certain uses of your data
Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the basis for processing

To exercise any of these rights, email resellingrevived@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data.

6. Cookies

Our landing page does not currently set any cookies of its own. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, this policy will be updated to reflect that, and we'll seek consent where required.

7. Children

This Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
