Reselling Revived ("we", "us", "our") is a paid membership community providing reselling education, deal alerts, monitoring tools, and community access, operated by Reselling Revived, contactable at resellingrevived@gmail.com. These Terms govern your access to and use of our membership community (hosted on Whop), associated bots and monitors, guides, videos, and any related content (together, the "Service").
By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you don't agree, please don't subscribe.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership. If you are between 13 and 18, you may not hold a paid membership without a parent or guardian's consent and involvement in payment.
You can cancel your membership at any time with no further charges taken. Because this is a digital service that gives you immediate access to content and community channels upon payment, standard UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 "cooling-off" rights for digital content may not apply once you've accessed the Service, or may be limited — by subscribing you acknowledge that immediate access is provided at your request.
Except where required by law, we do not offer refunds once your membership payment has been taken and access to the Service has been granted. This includes partial months, members who cancel partway through a billing period, members removed for breaching these Terms, and missed deals/alerts. Nothing in this section affects your other statutory rights as a consumer, including any rights you may have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the Service is faulty or not as described.
Reselling Revived provides educational content, deal/stock alerts, monitoring tools, and general guidance based on our own experience. Nothing we provide is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing is a guarantee or promise of profit, income, or resale value.

We may issue warnings, temporarily suspend, or permanently remove any member who breaches these Terms, at our reasonable discretion, without refund where the breach relates to fraud, abuse, or content redistribution.
All guides, videos, alert templates, branding, and original content provided as part of the Service remain the property of Reselling Revived. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to access this content for your own use — it does not give you the right to copy, resell, or redistribute it.
The Service relies on third-party platforms we don't control, including Discord, Whop, Vinted, and various retailer websites referenced in deal alerts. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing errors, stock inaccuracies, or account actions taken by these third parties. Deal and stock alerts are provided in good faith but availability and pricing can change or be inaccurate by the time you act on them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reselling Revived is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, failed resales, or losses arising from third-party platform issues. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, which cannot be excluded under UK law.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or legal requirements. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
